We had an amazing time at the Pousada Arte da Natureza. The staff is really friendly, and all amenities are super clean. There is a travel agency inside the hotel where you can book all tours - it's very convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Very beautiful hotel, very polite and attentive staff, the only problem with the hotel is the lack of maintenance in some small problems in the rooms and the lack of care with the pool which, by the way, the hotel has beautiful pools but not very attractive to want to come in and swim, the water is always kind of cloudy.

Room was fairly comfortable. Nice pools if you are someone who likes to lounge around in pools (more lounging style than swimming, at least for adults). There are 3 levels of 'standard' rooms, and the top level of standard is across the road with more immediate access to a nicer pool area. Above basic are some rooms with their own 'private' pool which can be seen from ground level and are for lounging in some water rather than swimming. We were in the top level of standard rooms. The rooms were quite small but nice beds. Not much air flow - with doors closed the CO2 levels went above 1000ppb, which translates to the air quality was fairly mediocre, although improved to around 800ppb with toilet extractor fan running. A lot of mosquitos around unfortunately, and keep your door even a crack open will invite frequent flying guests. Lunch/dinner is in outdoor restaurant, with no option to sit indoors in breakfast area, hence you'll need mosquito repellent to enjoy a meal (we visited another hotel for a dinner that had no insects at all, because it had more breeze I guess). There is a small games arcade with free games. Table football, ping pong, pool, massage chairs, a few arcade machines - that was a big plus point. Cleaning staff are a little overenthusiastic in what they throw away (such as plastic bags). Finally the hotel is not at all eco friendly. Towels are immediately replaced even when hanging on a rack, toilet uses massive amounts of water etc.

A recepção na hora do check in muito fria…com exceção do funcionário Luiz da sala de jogos , que foi muito acolhedor e educado. Em relação a limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar… estava cheio de formiguinhas. Na área das piscinas, plantas que captam água de chuva e podem proliferar mosquitos , além das áreas verdes estarem bem descuidadas. Na hora do check out… não tinha nem ao menos uma água para oferecer na recepção. Fiquei decepcionada…

Pousada de luxo muito linda em Bonito
Lugar maravilhoso para ficar se vc optar pelos quartos maiores com piscina privativa. Muito bem decorado, confortável, café da manhã excelente e ótimo atendimento na piscina. Especialmente a Baiana e o Francisco. Impecáveis, educadíssimos e muito atenciosos. Nos quartos menores e mais baratos (ficamos em um na última noite), achamos que ficou muito apertado para a família. Pena o preço ser tão alto, pois voltaria mais vezes só para curtir a pousada se os quartos com piscina privativa fossem um pouco mais baratos. Possui também um salão de jogos excelente para crianças e adolescentes, com fliperama, videogames e demais atividades.

O quarto e banheiro são confortáveis e novos . Piscinas lindas . Café da manhã maravilhoso. Funcionários prestativos . Adorei o que pra mim foi um surpresa pois tivemos um banquete delicioso de comida árabe .espumantes deliciosos e cantores para nós alegrar na noite de ano novo . Deu para nós entreter bastante até a hora da virada para irmos para praça ver os fogos . Só tenho elogios para a pousada e para a cidade que está muito preparada para o turismo .
