This hotel has a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The inside is more impressive that the exterior. There's a beautiful great room with a double-sided fireplace. The lobby features a self-serve specialty coffee machine along with real milk and cream, not to mention teas and hot chocolate. Very spacious cozy suites. Ours included a front room with a kitchenette, a queen hide-a-bed and a large TV. The bedroom had a second TV, and personal balcony. There's also a nice water activity area, which includes a waterslide. The brunch breakfast is included and features, self cooked waffles, sausages, eggs ,etc..

We ended up cancelling the reservation and chose a different hotel because of the arrogant attitude of the employees. They didn't put any effort in getting our room ready ..after waiting for hours we decided to choose another hotel and there we had a room within 30 minutes. It was the Comfort Inn in Valemount and they have friendly helpful staff and a wonderful free breakfast included in your rate.
