ok for 1 night

Room was clean, not new hotel so decoration is old. very hard to communicate since nobody speaks english, not easy to order anything . Had a nasty problem with the dinner I ordered, but will not write about it because the hotel solved the issue in a professional way , and they even cancelled the dinner charge.

Still waiting for my money back from this hotel.

The hotel messed up on the guarantee on the card, charges it twice and insist they only have charged it once. I am not getting anywhere with them and they still haven’t refunded my money. It is now 4 days later... avoid this hotel if you don’t speak Chinese as they don’t speak English at all. Otherwise clean rooms, relatively nice breakfast. Worth the rate.
