Terrible room(s)
My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out.

Great hotel and location
I have stayed at this hotel many times before and most things are very good. This time we availed of the free bicycles provided at reception, a very nice extra. The pool was a little cloudy this time, but nice and quiet. Alternative breakfast arrangements due to maintenance were very well organised. Staff are good, With one very rude exception.

Recepção desatenciosa, nada receptiva. Bar do terraço/piscina proíbe consumo de alimentos próprios e exige consumo mas não oferece bebida gelada nem oferta de produtos/drinks. Falta comunicação entre cozinha. Havia abacaxi no café da manhã, por exemplo. Mas não havia caipivodka de abacaxi. Som do bar/terraço com volume excessivamente alto. Hotel deveia informar ao hóspede anteriormente da existência de eventos nas dependências do hotel. Um encontro evangélico de casais tirou o silêncio e liberdade dos demais hóspedes.

O quarto ainda estava parcialmente em reforma. Tinha uma caixa logo abaixo do ar-condicionado que fazia barulho. Tive que pedir o secador. A entrega foi rápida mas o localmente banheiro estava sem apoio e era muito difícil utilizá-lo. As toalhas velhas e com aspecto de encardidas… tinham uma marcação de data de 2018. Funcionários atenciosos. Estacionamento nota 7/10. A localização é ótima. Café-cantante manhã muito bom, mas meu marido que estava recém operado quase caiu porque a cadeira que estava em uso estava quebrada e as pernas se deslocaram do acento. Obrigada
