Great Apartment, Comfortable Beds, Nice Staff!
Ruby Tower is a nice, small apartment building about a 5-minute walk to the town shops/restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk from the town center, and probably 15 minutes to the base gondola. For skiing, most of the shops will pick you up at your hotel with your skis, so just make arrangements the day prior. For us (family of 5), this worked out great. Back to the apartment, it is roomy and spacious. There's a supermarket right around the corner, so you can buy b-fast or dinner items to cook in the apartment. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, and we found the beds comfortable. We thought this was a great value for the price, and Bansko was a fun town to spend a few days. We definitely recommend Ruby Tower.
