Things I Dislike 1) Room was not made every day, according to the staff, only every 3rd day will they make up room, I wish they put up some sort of sign or notice somewhere about this. 2) Bathtub is too deep, potential danger for falling or tripping over. 3) Lousy coffee machine, except Americano, cappucino/latte was not even luke warm. 4) No brewed coffee, they use instant coffee powder. Things I like 1) Firm bed, very comfortable 2) Nice breakfast 3) Very reasonably priced 4) Generous size rooms.

When asking for an iron, they were unavailable and an it took 2nd request overnight to source one! We had a large group and went to enjoy our breakfast and we're meet with the most inconsiderate, rude and inhospitable Attendant at the Lobby restaurant. The service was atrocious through out the meal. We had to push 2 tables together our ourselves accommodate the group to eat togther, as we had all come from all over the world to attend this wedding and wanted to eat as a family. When we left, this attendant came out point and calling for us in the middle of the busy lobby to come back and separate the tables. It made us feel extremely unwelcoming and was embarrassing. We had no desire to eat there at all or drink at the bar after this altercation. Luckily there are Bars and Restaurants at your doorstep that are more then happy to have you dine with them! The same attitude was shown when asking for a simple room service request! Honesty one of the worst stays I have ever had in the UK! I have my ideas on why we were meant with this attitude, as we noticed a difference in service for other guests! I think worst part is that Premier Inn doesn't really care when talking to customer care or Management on site!
