Staff are lovely! Bike is cheap and american village is not too far. Really enjoyed the bike. The planes overhead are loud from the american base and the room doesnt have many protals to charge phones etc. Very accomodating and booking extra nights was easy. If your a social person everyone who was here was very bubbly and nice.

Would Stay Again
Very clean hostel. Stayed in the compact private room. Could hear others talking at night in the common area but aside from that it was a very good stay. Free shampoo and condition in the showers. The owners are lovely people with an onsite nail salon. Great food nearby. Overall very good location with a bus stop outside the door and walking distance to the American village and a beach.

Good location, there's a supermarket nearby which open early and close late. The host is nice and helpful! The hostel is small but has all the things you need.

Very clean, excellent service, great deal
I was a bit hesitant about staying in a hostel because they're not usually very clean, but didn't want to spend a lot and the reviews of this place were good. Stayed in a compact private room.
My stay was excellent - VERY clean facilities, and the hostel owner's service was 100%. I got in very late at night due to a flight delay and he stayed up to wait so that I could check in. He was also very friendly and kind in general. I also saw (I think) his wife carrying a baby while cleaning the hallways, and was really impressed by how hardworking they seemed!
Definitely a great bang for your buck.

I stayed at SEAWALL Hostel for 4 nights and two separate occasions.
Pro:
Husband and Wife runs the hostel.
Excellent service provided by them.
Bed is not too hard and soft enough for most guest.
Facilities are very clean.
They provide free towels free of charge.
Close distance to Kadena AFB if you're taking SPACE-A flights there.
Within walking distances to American Village.
Supermarket is right across the hostel.
Con:
Secure storage locker is small and underneath the beds for the mixed dorm.
Highly recommend staying there.
