They need to update their cleaning a little more our room had a lot of dust by the window, overall very comfortable pillows and beds. Very nice staff in the lobby and the porter men so helpful.

Great hotel
I have stayed here for 5 trips in a row now for 3-7 night trips. Everyone here is very friendly and agreeable. The coffee service, daily waters, and and things like shoe shiner and tissue packs are appreciated. Sometimes when I arrive early they don’t have a room ready but I guess that’s a function of them being so popular as much as anything.

The area can seem a bit sketchy, but it’s a great location. Nice local food vendors, convenient store, pharmacy, coffee shops, mall and money exchange all in walking distance. Staff was friendly in assisting with tours and transportation. I didn’t get an opportunity to dine in their restaurant, but I had a Paloma which was outstanding. The room was a nice size for a couple and we had a decent view. Tv had a great selection of channels. I do feel the walls were a bit thin and could hear others talking. Other than that our housekeeper did a great job keeping our room neat and had fresh towels for us. Would recommend for and would return here.

Good hotel at a noisy street
There are several restaurants and a mall nearby. The gym was small with few equipments, but was good for some minimum workout. There were a few abandoned building around the hotel that were eyesore. Noise from the street was high. There was a gap below the window that could not close and made street noise worse. Layout of the room was not good. Breakfast area was not well ventilated and was full of cooking oil smell.
