Die Kommunikation und Begrüssung waren wirklich super. Eine sehr nette Angestellte die die Häuser verwaltet. Viel mehr an Positivem kann man jedoch nicht finden. Der Pool ist in Ordnung,wobei Poolliegen und co. alt und teilweise zerbrochen sind. Das Haus ist leider in einem wirklich schlechten Zustand. Selbst wenn es mal ordentlich gereinigt werden würde; insbesondere die Bäder! Man konnte nichts in die Schränke legen, da alles modrig gerochen hat. Zudem gibt es ein Ameisenproblem. Das Haus müsste grundsaniert werden, bevor man es wieder vermietet. Man sieht an allen Wänden Wasserschäden. Es gibt keinen 2. Schlüssel und das bei einem Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern.Zudem kann die Tür von innen und aussen nicht verschlossen werden, man kann die Tür nur heranziehen, da das Originalschloss durch einen Behelfsverschlag ersetzt wurde. Wir haben das Haus in erster Linie wegen Pool und direkter Strandlage gewählt; das Haus liegt aber nicht am Strand! Es ist wirklich enttäuschend, dass man es so für die Suchkriterien eingestellt hat. Man kann einen Feldweg, der nicht vom Haus ab geht, zum Wasser gehen. Man kann dort aber nicht baden,selbst wenn jemand den Müll und Unrat, der dort liegt, beseitigen würde. Unser Fazit: eine absolute Enttäuschung
