Great for the price but noisy
The location is great, the price is great, the staff is helpful and friendly, they have a microwave, utensils and water available if you’re trying to save a few bucks by not eating out for every meal. However, I slept with earplugs in and still barely got any sleep because of all the noise both in the building and outside. The place is really beat up and the price you pay is reflected in the condition of the rooms. If you are saving money and want to enjoy Laguna Beach, this is a good spot, just anticipate the noise.

GREAT LOCATION BUT NEEDS SOME REPAIRS
Service was great upon arrival. Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Our room was located right next to the pool equipment, so it was a bit noisy. The room needed some repairs as the bathroom door and baseboards were rotted out. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. The room smelled damp & musty.

Overnight getaway.
The accommodations and location were excellent. Enjoyed morning coffee from the ocean view balcony. Beach access directly across PCH. Great restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Just a few areas of concern...The check-in process was more involved than expected, requiring an almost intrusive level of providing identification. Additionally, the TV operation required way too much interaction, downloads and fussiness required to simply watch local programming. Once we checked in however, all was good and our stay was quite worth the effort. We'll be back.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a beach getaway. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches like the quality toiletries and fully stocked kitchen. The staff was friendly and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Great little place for a short stop in Laguna Beach. The room was huge and we had a nice little balcony with somewhat of an ocean view. The staff were all really nice and helpful. There’s plenty of space in the parking garage and you can walk to some restaurants nearby. The only thing is that the WiFi was pretty weak.
