I recently stayed at NOPSI, expecting a 4-star experience based on their glowing advertisements, but unfortunately, the stay fell short in several areas.
First and foremost, the service did not meet the standard I anticipated. The staff seemed indifferent to guest needs, and there was little effort to make my stay memorable or comfortable. I felt like just another number rather than a valued guest.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of hot water during my shower. For a hotel boasting a 4-star rating, this is simply unacceptable. After a long day of travel, not being able to enjoy a warm shower was incredibly frustrating. Despite bringing this up with the staff, no immediate solution was offered, which only added to the dissatisfaction.
While the hotel may have some redeeming qualities—such as its decor or location—the basics of comfort and service were missing. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 4-star experience. There are better options elsewhere.
