Great Stay, But Room for Improvement
My stay at the hotel was excellent, and the aesthetic is immaculate. However, for the price, I believe the rooms should include a coffee maker, as well as a greeting card or chocolate to welcome guests. Having traveled the world, I’ve noticed that most hotels in this price range go the extra mile to make guests feel truly welcomed.

Bellagio = Bad
Some of the services were terrible. Rude and disrespectful bartenders to start. Prices were way over the top. 8$ for a glass of milk, 6.50$ for a bottle of water…really. Wait staff in the coffee and pastry shop barely understood and spoke English. Led to orders being messed up, delays and upset customers. 150$ to leave my car in the garage for two days. Hookers everywhere at night inside the casino. The Bellagio used to be the standard for style and class on the strip. Not so much anymore. I’ll never stay there again.

Stunning property World class.
The smoking in the casino is not nice at all. Even the hall to our roomed smelled like smoke. if you’re staying there and gambling there ( our MGM card proves it) you should not be charged for parking. Excellent restaurant and shopping options!!! All stay were friendly and gracious. Atrium and lobby are overwhelming beautiful.

We had most disappointing two days there. The room was not ready as the hotel promised. The manager charged me $360 upgrade fees after she promised to waive the fees. I paid $1,100 plus tax and resort fees per night yet I had to speak with three different front desk to dispute the room was not delivered until 6pm. The contract was 3pm. Jessica the manager should be responsible. My family was celebrating 80’s birthday for my father and I was stressed out entire afternoon when we got to the lobby at 2pm. If you don’t have enough rooms, don’t oversell your rooms!!

Nice but a few misses
Beautiful hotel. 1st room qas dirty and we moved to a cleaner and also nicer room. But no mini fridge for our use and no coffeee pot. The closest coffee or tea was very far fromm the room. Room service came in bags and was very expensive. No table or real cups and utensils. Very disappointing

Not cleaned properly
I am reaching out regarding a significant issue with our recent stay at the Bellagio Las Vegas, booked through your platform at a premium rate. This was meant to be a celebratory anniversary trip, but the experience fell far below the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber, especially considering the price paid. Upon check-in, we discovered that our room was in an unacceptable condition—dusty surfaces that you could run your finger through, a dirty bellagio pen(food on it), pubic hair in the bathroom, and blonde hair on the bed (we both have dark hair). These details are not only unhygienic but also deeply disappointing for what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Despite reporting the issue promptly, it took over 30 minutes for the hotel to address the matter, during which time we were unable to use the room facilities and missed a portion of our planned celebration. While the Bellagio refunded $75.88 for the resort fee and buffet charge, they have explicitly stated that additional compensation must be pursued through Hotels.com, as the reservation was made via your platform. This minimal refund does not adequately address the distress, inconvenience, and diminished experience caused by the hotel’s subpar service and accommodations.
