Great hotel.
The location is very convenient in the center of district one. It is walkable to tourist spots & restaurants nearby. The staff is excellent, especially Bin (front desk personnel). An oasis in Saigon!
Really cute rooms with super comfy bed. Ice cold AC, and two big bottles of water daily (you’ll need something to decant them into). Breakfast was spectacular, including Vietnamese coffee and cappuccinos! Desk staff were super helpful. 24/7 pharmacy on the corner, convenience store across the street and an easy walk to sights. The area felt safe as a single female traveller.

Great hotel, needs some pool work done for safety
Great location in between river and opera house. Safe location. Clean comfortable Modern rooms. The only down fall wa the pool area. Extremely slippery and dangerous! This is a warning beware I’ve never encountered a more slippery area close to a pool! When one of our party had a fall, the staff were very concerned and tried to help apologising profusely. They still need to install anti-slip strips on steps to pool deck, the pool deck itself and change the ladder in/ out of the pool!

I was not aware that they ill put me in a basement wing with no windows to outside and it is likely that I did not pay attention to that too. The breakfast was always fresh and good. The universal problem wherever I go is to figure out how to get hot water in the shower. Every country is different and difficult . Good things first. Great location, clean and comfortable room. Large king bed provided as requested. Early and late check in and out provided . The staff is excellent, felt always welcomed not even one negative interaction during the entire stay. The disappointments on the room windows there was a window but it is internal facing and size of swimming pool. The view from the pool is very so so thats all.
