I was extremely disappointed that despite Expedia reaching out to the hotel, you were not willing to just give me a one night penalty for checking out early. The other couple we were staying with had that offered to them because they booked directly with you. We even added on a night last minute...which obviously we should have never done. I will definitely keep this in mind when we return to Banff next February.

We loved tg Rimrock. We stayed there as it was xmas week and we wanted all the xmas decorations and the xmas feelings. The staff were polite not at all pushy. The room was a decent size and we were a family of 3 and it never felt crowded. The views were stunning.

The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.
