Let’s make this place BETTER
We have stayed here and loved it. We came back this weekend & we dealt with some interesting road blocks. Human feces in the pool and they didn’t shut down the pool to clean. They scooped it out after reporting it & ppl kept swimming. Valet guys saying they’ll charge my Tesla for 50 dollars and not charging it, but not giving my money back. Donnie, the GM, was rude to my 6 year old child. No one would help me down grade or get money back when I chose to keep my ocean view room instead of ocean front. The pool has yellow scum lining the pool bc it’s not cleaned ever I’m assuming. Prices are high for food and drink. Positives- it’s the trump hotel! An awesome vibe. It has amazing potential, with the right team. We love the sushi restaurant in the hotel. We love the pool. We love that it’s on the beach! Please fix this place!

Needs Update
I recently stayed at the Trump Hotel in Sunny Isles, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. One of the biggest issues I encountered was the shower in my bathroom. The water pressure was incredibly low, making it difficult to get a decent rinse. To make matters worse, the water never got hot—only lukewarm at best. I reported the issue to the staff, but unfortunately, it was never resolved during my stay. This lack of hot water and poor pressure made my experience quite uncomfortable, especially since I had hoped for a more luxurious stay at a hotel of this caliber. While the hotel has great amenities and a beautiful location, the basics like a functional shower are crucial for a pleasant experience. I left feeling quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they address these maintenance issues.
