Our stay was perfect. We had a volleyball tournament in the area, my other children do not like to go and stay all day so I brought some other family members to keep them company which they had a blast all day at the resort with all the stuff to day while I attend the tournament.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our microwave handle was broken and they wanted to move us when it couldn’t be fixed at that time. It was nice to have a kitchen and living room area. The pools are amazing and great for families! I wanted to do the lazy river but it wasn’t warm enough when we were there. Used the hot tubs!

Perfect for our family!

LOVED the apartment-like rooms and having a FULL kitchen! My kids (11, 7, 6) loved the indoor waterpark (too cold outside for the outdoor one). The activities for kids were great and the are behind the hotel with super cute and quite a surprise! Will definitely be back!

Great fit for a large family

We have a large family, 5 children plus mom/dad. We had 2 bathrooms, which worked well for our family size. The living area was spacious. I liked having a washer/dryer in the room as it helped stay on top of all the laundry. The kichen was also convenient, though it is very basically stocked. I would highly recommend the Resort at Govenor's.

We enjoy staying here and it is perfect for families. Rooms large and roomy with comfortable beds. The kids activities theoughout the day are free and the water park is an extra bonus. We stay here when in town for competitions...easy in and out, close to everything, and reasonably priced.

The property is very attractive from the outside. Although the parking lot gets very busy at night, we were able to navigate through the space without much trouble. However, upon checking into our room, we noticed that the sheets were dirty and the blankets were extremely worn, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, after placing a glass on the nightstand, we observed ants crawling into it. Once we reported these issues, the staff responded immediately and addressed our concerns.

Worst Experience Ever

The air was broke. I contacted the front desk 5 times and they claimed the whole resort was set at a certain temperature. That in fact was not true because multiple people in our group were able to adjust the air. The room smelled really bad. My whole family left stopped up.
