Great location close to Shin Yokohama station and blue line subway stop. The property is bit old but much better than other Japanese business hotels (budget but clean small room hotels) in the same price range. Staff was very helpful! Easy check out by the automatic machine.

Cribs are only available prior to the stay. If you booked thru a third party, expecting a crib, probably should give them a call make sure prior to your arrival to ensure it's communicated correctly.

横浜アリーナでのコンサートへ行くために利用しました。子供連れだったのでチェックインの際にキッズ用アメニティを頂いたのだがスリッパが小さすぎて履けず…フロントカウンターにアーティストのボードを手作りされていてホスピタリティーが高いことに嬉しく思った。
