Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, give us area map and explain about location. She's from Bosnia. Hotel is clean with free coffee and tea. Hotel location is good, walking distance to old town, about 15 minutes walk. Close to Aachen Spa, 5 minutes walk. A little far from train station, about 10 Euro taxi drive.

The reception closes at 10pm so you do need let the hotel know and press the bell on arrival if any later. A good family run hotel which is excellently maintained, very clean and warm. Reception staff are very good.

8/10 Very good

Einzelzimmer, 2 Nächte ohne Früstück. Zimmer sauber, gross genug, sauberes Badezimmer, Klimaanlage.
