This place looked so cute online, the location was convenient and quiet. Unfortunately the rest was down hill. This Big Bear trip was a working/vacation for my husband & myself. I honestly don't know where to start, so I'll make a list.... •A half eaten pear was left near the front swing, someones mouthguard was in the driveway with trash. The hosts did not bother to sweep the front or back. •We entered into cobwebs & dust. The blinds and heater had layers of filth. •The bathroom sink didn’t have hot water. •The heater rattled and screeched our entire stay. •The refrigerator was missing pieces/freezer had dirty ice. •Overall cleanliness was terrible-we even had to go buy paper towels & toilet paper. • Hosts never responded. We were sadly disappointed.
