The location was great, the pruve was reasonable for a 2 bedroom condo. When we checked iin, our room wasn't clean or stocked. Room service was terrible, 45 minutes wait for a coffee or a snack. My wife and 2 kids stayed in a 3 bedroom. The apartment was a great size. The water tank was not replaced the whole stay. It lacked silverware, cups dishes and coat hangers in the closet. The restaurants service was very slow.

The hotel held a public concert in the hotel courtyard from 9PM until 3AM on the night of Saturday 20th July. The volume was so loud that no hotel guest could sleep. At no time did they announce that a concert like this was taking place on hotel property to us. The hotel staff also lied to us repeatedly saying that the concert was finishing at midnight, then 1am, before it finished at 3AM. I have videos to prove this. I feel defrauded completely. I paid to stay in a hotel and they used the property to make additional revenue in the form of a concert at the expense of the comfort of all the hotel guests.

We faced issues in the check in process. It was supposed to be at 3pm and we stayed till 4:30 to have our rooms (even though they offered us Coffee) Rooms are very clean but unfortunately the property is left since long time so you can smell humidity in the rooms (I'm talking about the apartment)
