Room was amazing, the view was amazing, the access to the hot baths had to be purchased separately, it would have been nice to have a packaged deal, but at the same time it let us decide when we wanted to use the hot baths.

Clean room, cozy, incredible staff, excellent breakfast and spa peace with an Amazon eucalyptus sauna to die for

The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel’s location is magnificent. Even though the room was small, it was sufficient for one night. There were a few issues with the fridge and noise during the night. The view of the parking lot isn’t the most appealing, considering the price.

A hidden gem

This mansion-like hotel is set in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere by the beautiful Lake Mégantic. The attached spa isn’t large, but it’s incredibly convenient and relaxing. The breakfast delivered to the room was beautifully presented, generous, and delicious. And the sunset over the lake is absolutely stunning. It is a little bit far from Montreal (2h45mins) but we definitely want to stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at Estello Suites & Spa, we knew we were in for something special. This stunning retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility, making it an ideal escape from the everyday hustle. The rooms and suites are beautifully designed, with cozy yet elegant decor that instantly makes you feel at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the addition of a well-equipped kitchenette made our stay even more convenient. Some suites even have balconies with breathtaking views of Lac Mégantic! The spa experience is truly world-class. The Nordic thermal spa, with eucalyptus steam rooms, jacuzzis, cold plunge pools, and a heated pool, provides the ultimate relaxation. The dry sauna overlooking the lake was a personal favorite, offering the perfect way to unwind. The red light therapy and massage chairs added an extra touch of indulgence. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Fresh croissants, fruit, coffee, and smoothies made for the perfect start to the day. The selection of wines available at the hotel was also a nice touch. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, ensuring guests have the best possible experience. With lake access, outdoor activities, and a peaceful atmosphere, Estello Suites & Spa is a true hidden gem. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a wellness retreat, or just some time to recharge

This was my second visit in just three months, and I can’t say enough about how peaceful and rejuvenating this place is. The outdoor amenities—especially the hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and docks you can sit at—create the perfect setting to fully unwind and decompress. Both rooms I’ve stayed in have been excellent, clean, and comfortable. My only wish would be for king-sized beds...Each stay, I had the perfect experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
