Typically I would read reviews of others experience, it just so happened that in this case I did not, as the pictures looked so satisfying. My actual experience was far from this. I arrived to the hotel after a late night flight, the first staff member was helpful in getting me checked in. I immediately noticed how run down the hotel was, the pool, was dirty, the room had 3 single beds, and one queen, which were all very hard. There was loud music until about 5am from both sides of the hotel, making it very difficult to sleep. There was no hot water to be able to take a shower. The breakfast was disappointing, compared to all the other establishments I stayed at as I travelled through Colombia.
