Novotel is a good brand and it lives upto the expectations always but this property is a little old which was visible in it's rooms and washrooms. the F&B staff are absolutely fantastic, the Chefs, Rahul and his team went out of their way to accommodate our specific requirements, nut allergies and our struggle with spice. their meals and service were on point. However, when it comes to the hotel itself, the facilities were dirty and quite dated. the pool was dirty and shallow. the hotel looked like a 2 - 3 stars max. definitely not a 5 star hotel. cost us over £400 for accommodation and did not feel that it was worth it at all. sorry.
