This hotel is marketed as having many accommodations. I would double check before you stay here. They haven't had Laundry Service since COVID but continue to market as having it, and do not believe there is anything wrong with this. They blame Expedia, Expedia blames them. As a customer, you watch your money get wasted. The outside of this hotel smells like a homeless camp, probably because of the homeless that linger on the steps and beg for your money as you walk in and out. My room had multiple electrical sockets not working, they said they would come up immediately and look at the issue. They never did. The breakfast taste like US cafeteria food. The service workers were always coming up with an excuse, like "I just started here" or "you'll have to speak with someone else, they aren't here right now" or "we do not write whats on Expedia, someone else does". They had construction going on for 3 of the days we were there and it was loud and obnoxious. Nothing better in Europe than power tools and hammering. When I addressed these issues, the response was I did not follow the refunding policy so I do not get to be heard. If you are going to Cologne, there are so many other hotels to pick. I would avoid this one. This hotel does not mind tricking you out of your money.
