The hotel was awful, no two ways around it. Also, I'm not one to give negative reviews. I'm easy to please. But they really dropped the ball. We arrived at our room, first thing I was suspicious was that it had a key lock when other rooms had a card lock. Once we went in, there was no phone, no garbage bin, no chair, we could hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was happening in our room which led us to discover that the wall had an opening connecting to other room. Big enough to see someone close to the window in next room. On the phone they said they had blackout curtains, but the room had openings on the side of the windows not covered by the blackout curtains. So as soon as the sun rose, 5am, we were up. Then, water heater wasn't working. Other than the bin, the chair and the phone, we also asked for extra blankets, as we had our daughter with us and her bed didn't have one. They said they would bring it, fix it, etc. Nothing was done. The second day I threw a fit in the reception. They promised to move me to another room. It had the chair, headlights, no bin, bad internet still. Asked for extra blankets and pillows, they said they were going to bring it. They didn't. Awful hotel. The only positive aspect is that beds are comfortable. I cannot even mention the location as a positive because there are other better hotels in the region.

Deixou a desejar
O hotel tem estrutura bacana e é muito bem localizado, mas deixou a desejar em vários aspectos, começando pelo quarto. Ao entrar no quarto nos deparamos com camas de solteiros juntas para formar uma de casal, com colchões de baixa qualidade, travesseiro tinha um bicho pequeno (que parecia barata), roupas de cama, fronha e lençóis tinham marcas de amarelado e alguns rasgos. Frigobar arrastava a porta no chão e estava estragado visivelmente de ferrugem. No banheiro, a torneira da pia e o chuveiro caía água muito fraca e demorava muito para esquentar. Na primeira noite, a experiência foi péssima e tivemos que solicitar a troca do quarto durante a madrugada para conseguir dormir. O café da manhã é no térreo, ao lado da área da piscina, ambiente aberto que permite que vários pombos entrem, isso foi horrível pois dava nojo tomar café da manhã, víamos vários pombos comendo pelas mesas restos de comida e só ficávamos pensando o quanto aquilo afetava as comidas expostas. Isso foi o mais impactante. Com certeza não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Fiquei hospedada por 5 dias com amigas. Atendimento excelente, gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da funcionária Eli que faz tapioca. Pessoa maravilhosa e com um atendimento excelente gratidão por conhecê-la. Já o hotel, deixou a desejar quanto a água quent no chuveiro. Dos 5 cinco dias de hospedagem 4 dias sem banho quente. Isso foi horrível. Quanto a localização, hotel fica bem localizado.

Meu quarto era confortável, porém a tv e o telefone não funcionou, avisei a recepção, mas problema não foi solucionado. Restaurante do hotel, talvez precise de mais funcionários, faltava organização e limpeza no jantar e no café da manhã. A localização é boa.

Bom custo x benefício, com excelente localização.
Hotel extremamente bem localizado, com boa estrutura. A construção não é nova, então há algumas coisas a reparar em algumas instalações, mas estão passando por reformas (imagino que a médio prazo isso melhore). O café da manhã é razoável, mas tem boa diversidade. Quartos amplos e limpos. No meu caso, tive problemas no escoamento do ralo do banheiro (que foi desconfortável e nem um pouco agradável), mas nada muito grave. Hotel, portanto, com bom custo x benefício.
