Very small room with wash-stand placed in the room. All rooms on ground floor were booked, so I had to take a room upstairs (I was with dog). If I had known in advance, I would not have booked this hotel at all. Unfortunately nobody gave the message, even though I asked for it while booking the room. In plus: one of the few dog-friendly hotels in this location!

balatoni ár érték hiánya
Szállás nem teljesíti az ár érték arányt. Dohos , penész szag terjedt az ágyból , komód fiókjaiból és a szoba teljes légterében. Falon halványan láthatók voltak a penészfoltok, de egy vékony réteg festéssel halványították el. Szellőzésre csak egy nyíló bejárati ajtóval lehetséges, ablakok fix üvegtáblák. Udvari földszinti szoba esetében nem add biztonságot éjjel nyitva tartott ajtó. Légkondi van , de csak keveri a szoba dohos , penészes levegőjét. Ágy kemény , alacsony és dohos illattal. Reggeli étkezés előzetes egyeztetés után megoldható. Reggel a mellettünk lévő szobában felújítás zajaira ébredtünk. A felső szintről vagy a mellettünk lévő szobából az összes zaj le/áthallatszikWC öblítés - használat, zuhanyzás vagy mosdó ... pl.mikor mit tevékenykedtek feledtünk. A személyzet kedvessége sem tudta a szállás kritikus tárgyi feltételeit kompenzálni.

Érkezésünkkor senki nem volt a recepción. Körbejártuk az egész épületet, aztán telefonáltunk, utána kb 10 perc múlva megjelent egy recepciós (?). Az udvar, a medence, az ágyak tele lehullott falevelekkel, nincsenek rendbe tartva, rendkívül lehangoló. A Classic szoba kb 12 m2, nincs egy szék se, ahova pakolni lehetett volna. A szoba legalább tiszta volt. Reggelinél az asztaldíszen szaladgált a pók, az asztalon az előző napi odaszáradt pohárnyom, morzsa. Az ablak, a padlózat koszos volt, jó pár napja nem volt takarítva. Összességében nagy csalódás volt, pedig ha rendben/tisztán tartanák, szupi kis hely lehetne ☹
