Terrible experience at this Hotel.
Booked a standard Twin room (Non-smoking). Up on checking in, it was not available and was assigned a Handicap Room with two beds which did not smell good and was very noisy throughout the night with every flush of a commode above us the water came through the bathroom in our room which smelled of sewage odor from the drain in the bathrooms. Very noisy from the train as well. Every 10-15 minutes a short roar came into the room as each passed. This room was booked over 8 days ago and confirmed as available. What happened? We will never book this hotel chain again.The Breakfast was less than average too Had to use the microwave to warm up food so it was edible. The hotel front desk could only say.."sorry". l

大変良いホテルです。
大変きれいなホテルです。 スタッフの方の応対も丁寧です。 部屋の清掃も良く快適でした。 ただ、タワー駐車場と数台の平置き駐車場のため、大きめの自動車で行かれる場合、早めに到着しないと敷地内に、留められないと思います。それから、駐車料金が別途かかります。 朝食は、まあまあ良いです。 但し、食べる場所の席数があまりないので、タイミングによっては、大変混みます。 新聞が無料なのも、良かったです。
