Dal Vostro Hotel doesn't really deserve the five stars I gave it given that we had several problems with the room. The staff however was excellent and did their best to make things right - I can't ask anything more. An example is the fridged in both our rooms didn't work. I was told that that was a known issue; that the fridges are largely there to keep dust off the minibar items. Someone though came by a short while later carrying a replacement fridge. It didn't keep anything cold, but did bring it a couple degrees below room temperature. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great location. And again the staff were always keen to help.

Didn't like that we only get 1 key per room. The staff was excellent. Very polite. Very prompt at bringing items to room. We accidentally booked one day shorter than we thought we did and we left everything in our rooms to go sightseeing. The staff realized we were confused and had made a mistake and meant to book one more day so they left everything in our rooms untouched and let us book the same room when we got back to the hotel after sightseeing. I am so very grateful to them for being so considerate and understanding.

Excellent Customer Service!!
The hosts were absolutely amazing and very attentive to our needs. They went over and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had all of the correct information in terms of restaurants, shopping and major attractions in the area. The owner of the hotel was able to pull some strings and get us last minute seating at 1 of the top rated restaurants in the area. We were made to feel at home and would definitely stay here again😁😁

Pleasant Stay, Nice location
This hotel was comfortable. I'm happy with my stay here and would stay again. I had a executive balcony room, balcony is very small, sized for flower pots. The balcony rooms are facing the street. There are bars and restaurants nearby but I had no problem with noise in my room. The first evening the Wifi was very slow, however the speed was good at night and any other time of my multi night stay at the hotel. The hotel should change their WiFi security from the old standard WPA to more modern security. The wifi router is capable and works at 5GHz.

The Hotel was fantastic. The location was amazing. only 300m from the heart of the Old Quarter in a quite street. The buffet breakfast was great and the Hotel staff we amazing, friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay fabulous. If you are looking for a bigger/average size room I recommend the executive or higher either with or without balcony. A big thank you to all the staff at Dal Vostro. We hope to see you again :)
