. A good program for young children. We didn't have heating in the toilet for two days because of a malfunction. The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is average, but there is a good selection of salads. The rooms are small but clean. They could clean up the snow in front of the hotel and the parking lot better."

"This Hotel is so beautiful, clean and new! The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and the location is a paradise! The lake is the most stunning blue/green! Early Sat morning the lake was bustling with Adventure seekers, wind surfing and mountain climbing!
The wild life- ducks and birds made the stay so peaceful and relaxing! I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"Bach Boutique Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Francesca (Frenchie) was the first person we saw at the front desk after a very long day of traveling. She was amazing that day as well as our entire 11 day stay. Francesca was very helpful with making arrangements for our spa experience and finding us our transportation to the airport. She always met us with a smile.
