"This is a beautiful property. Our room was clean and smelled clean. The king bed in the Feather room was very comfortable. The water was hot. There are no televisions in the rooms. It has a full kitchen that you can use and store your items in the fridge. There is a shared dining space and common room. "

"We love it here. Staff is always so great. Rooms always clean. And the shuttle to the wedding was perfect so no one had to worry about a DD. "

"This is an older hotel, can’t expect much. I’ve stayed here a few times. The incidental fee is $100. The rooms are spacious however the beds are very firm. Never had an issue with the showers. The pillows are very soft and the AC is cold. "

"The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective."
