"Parking is tight. Ended up having to pay addition money at check in that was not disclosed in the addition reservation which was prepaid. Did not provide each guest a towel and when asked for additional towels asked if we could share. They did end up providing everyone with a towel. That’s just understood. Breakfast was amazing and the morning staff just as amazing. Views were great and we loved being right on the

When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan. I eventually got used to all these "perks"..."
