All the staff are amazing, the food was lovely and my room was incredible (actually got a free upgrade as another guest cancelled at the last minute).

"Such a peaceful spot. We had breakfast outside each morning while listening to the birds and then spotted constellations in the properly dark night sky. The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too. More sockets for charging were needed as there was only one, it would have been very difficult if I had been with my husband. The breakfast was lovely and they cooked what you wanted. It was a great location for me as my daughter was graduating from the university and it was only 10 minutes up the road. I only stayed 1 night but...

"We loved this hotel, it was wonderfully clean and beautifully decorated. A nice relaxing vide around the whole place. All the staff we met were polite and professional. A nice pool. No air con in room but that was expected so no problem. A couple things that could be improved.. no restaurant menu, just small plates so no option to eat in. Breakfast was good. There is no info card in room so wasn’t sure of meal times, pool times etc. checkout was done on a pc which lacks a personal goodbye touch...
