"Always a great hotel to stay in at the airport, Holiday Inn hotels never disappoint.. "

"I liked the closeness to the airport, clean and modern restaurant. Very cLean bedroom, comfortable bed and nice shower. The checkout staff (day shift receptionist) and restaurant was very polite and friendly. The checkin was not a good experience: I checked in at midnight. I paid the room in full online when I booked it, and at check in he (night shift receptionist) charged me an extra $100 bond ….just in case I incurred in any additional expenses? And if I didn’t made any extra expenses it would take 1 week for the money to be returned to my account! When I walked over to my room the hall way was filled with plates from 3 rooms. It stank of leftover food. The next morning when I got up at 9am the plates were still there. When I was in my room after checking in, I called reception to ask about the breakfast buffet… I had another question and he hanged up so quickly I couldn’t ask. So I called back again 3 times and no response. Nice hotel but the night shift staff is unprofessional and unkind. "

"Our flight was delayed and so we just got in really early in the morning. The staff was so nice and helpful. The little shop they have is full of cool stuff and I love that there’s wine and great snacks too. I wish we had more time to spend at this property because it was awesome. We really liked the location, but if you aren’t used to urban cities, I could see how it might feel a little worried about the area b/c of the street art. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this amazing neighborhood. We felt 100% safe the entire time!"
