Staff were friendly, spa was really well appointed and treatments were both very good and reasonably priced. My room was large, with wooden beamed ceiling, tall windows that opened, and a limestone fireplace I wish I had in my home. Ensuite had shower and had plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. "Lovely hotel, in a perfect location. It was very hot when we stayed and our poor little car was melting, the staff kindly allowed us to park in the underground garage. Clean, spacious room, didn’t use the pool as wasn’t there for that long, but would definitely come back "
