I booked an executive suite. Only one traveller. Room was very large. Bed was two beds together. Only one pillow and single duvet. Asked and got another pillow. On the second night ( Friday ) this was a ticketed event. Was gave a ticket but not my thing. Very loud music till 0100. I was two floors above the music. I didn't get to sleep...

another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. Nor will you know that, when you phone the hotel, they will sigh in exasperation that you cannot speak German and that they will be pretty rude to you.
Add to the above that it took 45 minutes to check us in to a pre-booked reservation and the room service called at 8am and...
