Scarlet was the front desk manager and she was incredibly helpful. The first night, our room faced the highway, and the road noise made it hard to sleep. When we told Scarlet she immediately found us an ideal room facing away from the road and the rest of our trip was fantastic. Whether we needed change, extra towels or information about local places, Scarlet was a gem who helped us with a big smile, making us feel so welcome. We'll be back!"
