"It was ok. the room was down a dark hall with no lights. The bed was comfortable but no AC at this hotel and it was hot. I went downstair to get a couple of glasses of ice (the hotels didn't have ice machines) and you would have thought I asked for gold! WE WERE HOT! The around the area is awesome with lots of restuarants and shops. We were only there 1 day but its ok.
The one real bright spot was there breakfast - it was awesome and the views were amazing."

Very helpful staff made our stay pleasant and a good recommendation for a place to eat was immediately followed up with a check for availability and kitchen opening hours, as we arrived quite late.
The hotel had a feel of past glory, but all was clean, well maintained and comfortable.
Breakfast was good, - freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee and well made eggs and a lot of choices.

"Very basic apartment. Nice balcony. Assigned parking spot right out front. Great location close to restaurants and located over a nice local coffee shop. Crowd noise late at night due to location. Close to lots of outdoor activity businesses, so easy to find activities. Owners very responsive if you need anything. Clean, but we bought towels because the apartment towels smelled funny. Lots of history in Kobarid. Walked to WWI museum ( which was exceptional) and a WWI memorial on a hill...
