"We had amazing 9 days staying in the Fruit & Spice Well nes Resort. Hotel is very nicely located and is neighbouring beautiful sandy beach. We had stayed in Superior Junior Suite for the first 5 days and each of them has adjacent small sandy area with sunbeds, umbrella and amazing ocean view (rocky shore so you cannot enter the sea). "My stay at Kwanza was amazing, stayed here for my honeymoon and my wife really loved the resort. We stayed in one of the swim up rooms which was a nice added feature. The only thing I could fault this hotel is the drainage system in the shower and sink is a bit slow to go down the drain other than that everything is 5 star. I would definitely stay here again and the staff were all amazing and accommodating. "

"The place is great for a retreat. The lodges are spaceful, with air and view, very unique. In addition, I especially enjoyed the service from the Manager Martin: I had told him I was arriving late and couple sandwiches were waiting at my room so that I wouldn't go to bed with an empty stomach. And I asked him to organize for me a fishing party which he did fantastically and for a very reasonable price. I went early morning an hour out from the coast fishing Tuna with good and experienced guys....

"The property was clean and we had a very nice view of the beach. I love the fact that we had a private swimming pool. The staff are super lovely, welcoming and friendly. The food menu needs more choice please. The mattress i was sleeping on was very hard and uncomfortable but i did speak with the manager face to face and him that it needs changing. I think its something they need to look at seriously. The shower room would be nice if it had a glass door so that the water is not everywhere...

"Good value for the price. Especially appreciated the security at the hotel, staff friendliness and the location. Prime location at the beach, very nice swimming pool/sun bed area. Would not recommend eating at the hotel, as the food was very poor. However, there are a number of good places to eat just a short walk from the hotel (Zanzibarista, Delight for pizza, Shanga). Over all, impressed with what we got for the price of the stay. "
