Services were at best and foods were excellent too, most catering to the Vietnamese but they had always accommodated our needs, ie breakfast with yoghurt and oatmeal. "We had 6 days in this excellent, incredibly spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment on the 20th floor of the FLC Tower. Far exceeded our expectations and would definitely return again. Everything in both the tower and the apartment worked well - elevators in these high rise buildings in Vietnam are often slow but not here. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafes & about 20 minutes on foot to the large shopping plaza with a good supermarket for those...

"The view of my room was beautiful after the manager helps me upgrade it. The thing that I liked about the hotel was the manager took an action to take care of the customers immediately if there is an issue. This shows me that the hotel really cares about their customers. The hotel is really close to the beach and walkable to many places. You also can see many people swimming at the beach from your rooms. The view was so amazing. I definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Quy Nhon next...

This combines the professionalism of the staff (treating you like VIP from picking you up at the airport to handling your luggages at reception whilst waiting for your room etc.), the luxury design of the room (we had Sea View Deluxe Room) to the great available amenities.
