"Nice hotel just opposite the shopping mall. Food choices at the mall if you don't want to eat at hotel, otherwise you will need to get a taxi to go to other places.
No provision of space to sit with colleagues and work. Can be difficult to get a drink at the bar as the staff are focused on the restaurants"

"We enjoyed the hotels convenient location where a lot was reachable with a good walk. The hotel had great food and services. But we really enjoyed the hotels uniqueness the most. From the slide in the lobby to the glass wall in the shower, we will definitely stay again. "

Algumas observações são importantes, porém aceitáveis.
1) Café da manhã mediano e incompatível com os demais serviços oferecidos
2) O SPA não esquentou, solicitamos várias vezes e não conseguimos sucesso, viemos embora sem desfrutar desse serviço que foi um dos pontos de decisão para a escolha do hotel.
Enfim, sabemos e entendemos perfeitamente que que o hotel está em fase inicial e aperfeiçoando os seus serviços.
Apesar das observações, o Pallazio Torquetti será o nosso...
