The tour of the Abbey is well worth it, fabulous place, the detail is incredible and it is well preserved. The Mont village itself is very very busy, be prepared to queue for lots of things! Would recommend.

Excellent
Magnificent place to visit, I am not sure that staying overnight on the Mont is a good idea. Hotels are old and not well taken care off. It feels like a tourist trap, being such a mystical place!!

Spend the extra money and get a bay view. Hard to put in words for when you close your eyes at night and the last thing you see are the lights of the castle. It's magical

The guidebook warnings of overpriced food and souvenirs are true. Spending a night on the Mont itself is so worth it.

"Comfortable and convenient, friendly staff, delicious petit-déjeuner buffer, helpful information about local happenings in the lobby, large ascenseur, spacious rooms"
"My wife and I stayed one night at the hotel as we wanted to experience Mont St Michael in the abbey. Hotel parking is offsite. Do not forget to get a code from the hotel as guest overnight parking requires a code to enter. Also be prepared to pay for your parking and will need to have your ticket to exit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and very good. We had dinner at their restaurant and thought it was great. Have the front desk make reservations for you. The room had a window to the street with a beautiful view of the water but was loud in the morning as vendors on forklifts were bringing supply’s into the Abbey. The bed mattress was not the most comfortable but it didn't keep me from sleeping. Overall, if you want to spend the night on the Abbey this hotel is a good choice."
"We stayed at the hotel during Bastille Day. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of it all. We enjoyed wonderful live entertainment in the restaurant downstairs, delicious food and drinks, and then strolled along the ocean walk to watch the spectacular fireworks display celebrating France’s national day. An unforgettable experience.
Our room had a lovely view of the beach and a small fortress out in the sea. The room itself was in great condition with a very comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and accommodating. On top of that, the hotel interior was stylish — above average, for sure. Highly recommended!
Note: If you’re arriving by car, be aware that the streets are narrow, it can be crowded, and parking is limited. However, there’s an underground parking facility just nearby."
"the hotel appears to be newish. everything was clean and in good condition.the breakfast was €15 but was excellent. not the nicest part of st malo but only 7 minutes by car to the old town, ferry and beaches..would definitely stay there again. "
