"Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff - nothing was too much for them and they were so lovely with our 4 year old.
Heated pool was perfect - it meant we could even swim on the chillier rainy day!
We had a room upgrade and were lucky to stay in the two bedroom valley view with a terrace. It was stunning and ticked every box of comfort and luxury.
The complex isn't too big, so everything within easy walking distance.

The hotel rooms are modern, well equipped and very spacious - they have a closed off balcony. There is no access to the outdoor gardens from the room. The gardens directly in the front of the palace and around the columns are accessible. There is no access to what looks like an Orangery and the areas where the fountain(?)...

The rooms are never available before 2pm so always hectic if you want to check in then. Stayed in room 305 with balcony overlooking the marina. Lovely room.
Had an issue with the door not shutting without slamming. On one occasion we returned to our room approx 3:30pm and found the maid had not shut the door properly! Not great really!!
