"Location is excellent. The room we had was new but very basic. There was no wardrobe, no shelves, no hangers - no place for your luggage at all. No cleaning or changing of towls during the stay. Very expensive for what it was. It turned out at the end of the stay that they apparently did not give us the room we paid for - and we were compensated some for that. People are nice and in general it seems like the try hard - but there is a long way to go for it to be value for money. The

Dog friendly and there is a great public open space on the other side of the road where dogs can be exercised. Unfortunately we could not use the restaurant because a wedding party was using it.
