"Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff in the reception desk were always so polite and helpful. So much for young children to do including and outdoor park (bit out dated but still brilliant!) An out door walk in pool, which is perfect for the younger children to splash in. An indoor play area, as well as large grounds to play around in, you can also use their onsite bikes to take around the grounds for no charge. They also provide footballs,

It's a bit of a trek up to Assisi itself - about 15 minutes up hill on a road with traffic. If you don't have a car, you need to plan carefully. You can get drinks and basic lunch at the house. It is rustic and that will either frustrate you slightly or charm you. Good price, idyllic setting - I just wish there was a bus or shuttle going up to the town. Very friendly new...

"Hotel needs some TLC. Everywhere was very dark. They still use the fluorescent type of lightbulbs instead of led. Room had a small window and lights were very dark. Corridor was dark too so had difficulty getting key into lock. Swimming pool was nice and warm but changing rooms had no lights at all. There was a little bit coming through a gap above the door.
