It's clearly not going to be fully operational for a few weeks. Only 1 block is open while the other is still being fitted out. The noise is mostly confined to indoors so isn't terribly noticeable. Not all the restaurants were open but they are coming online slowly and there is definitely a lack of signage anywhere.
The swim up rooms are lovely (note that the pool isn't heated). Food & service in...
