"As a family of 4 traveling, we found the room perfect to accommodate all of us. The staff member who checked us in and out was lovely - friendly and helpful. We did not include breakfast with our stay, but changed our minds the next morning and she was incredibly kind and pleasant about accommodating our last minute change. The location of the hotel was perfect - overlooking the lake and with many dining options nearby as well as transportation stops close by. The walk to/from the train station...

"Nice and comfortable place. Great location for hikes to Lac Blanc. The bus thatvtakes you to Col De Montet stops 50m from the hotel. We returned to the valley via the La Flegere cable car and took the bus straight back to the hotel. Great service and comfort for a2 star hotel. Would stay again"

Location very convenient .
Receptionist friendly and helpful.
Just minor thing to improve: mattresses are quite soft but nevertheless, we had a good night sleep.

"The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. The breakfast was extremely limited. A few tiny pastries, tiny (and kind of sad) selection of fruit and cereal and raw eggs set out that you could put in an egg cooker if you wish (no...

"Lovely hotel with beautiful location on the lake. It's a bit outside on Montreux, but they kindly provided free bus travel which runs every 10 minutes from a bus stop right outside the hotel.
Rooms and breakfast were all lovely. There is also a pleasant lounge area and outdoor terrace.
A good tip is to take the bus from the hote about half way to town and alight at Clarens-Basset. From there there is a promenande all the way into town whuch is a lively 45 minute walk.
