"I was at the hotel from Monday to Friday and have not stayed in a more friendly place in Lago Patria. The owner made me feel so welcome. He put me in a room that I requested so it would be quieter, supplied a huge bottle of cold water in arrival (very very welcome) and even allowed me to pick some fresh lemons off the tree. "Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter had lost her Invisalign in the room, and the maids found it after we checked out. They went the extra mile to get the Invisalign returned to us - something they did not have to do. The staff also helped us weigh our bags when we left to make sure we were not overweight at the airlines. The location was great, overlooking the water, and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend."

"Terrible service , especially by restaurant manager Dzhuzeppe. He tried to overcharge us for dinner and guests did not like him because of his hospitality style. Not friendly, no coffee maker in the room, terrible breakfast, same menu daily. Terrible plastic cups, the cheapest possible plastic."
