"The check-in was friendly and informative from Georgiana. The room (805) was clean and included tea/coffee an ironing board and iron. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There was a good choice of breakfast food and the service was quick and friendly. Overall it was a good hotel I would recommend for anyone staying in Bucharest."

"Overall a disappointing experience, no way near a 5-star level as proclaimed. The hotel is in need of a renovation to bring it into the 21st century, once so grand but unfortunately it no longer lives up to its potential. Location is good though and the view spectacular."

When I arrived at this hotel, there was no bell boy in front of the hotel. Inside it felt quite empty.
Check-in and check-out were on an average level as well as food at breakfast.
Most of staff is on a beginner level and does not want to take-over responsibilities outside of their comfort zones."
