"We spent 5 days with the family in Leonardo including two 5 years old kids. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful everywhere in the resort, specially the ladies at the reception desk, Rena and Tsampika did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. "This is the kind of hotel where you are negatively surprised from time to time. Starting with positives: hotel looks good - clean and modern. Pools are nice with great water temperature. Staff in the restaurants (most of them) is kind and friendly. Negative surprises: Water - even with all inclusive option (the only option as I know in this hotel) be ready to buy water for yourself or to wait in quite long queues to refill your bottle. Bars (all of them except the one at the beach) - again...

"The hotel is very beautifully decorated, clean and the rooms are big. The staff is attentive and friendly. We also really loved both pool areas and the facilities like outdoor gym, indoor gym and supermarket. We didn’t like so much that the guests already started to reserve the loungers around the pool starting early in the morning with towels and shirts etc. and the hotel staff did not remove the towels from the loungers which where sometimes reserved for 5-6 hours before the guests showed up...

"Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und die Austattung der Zimmer sehr schön und toll (da auch alles neu), was jedoch nicht renoviert wurde, ist die komplette Hotelanlage dh die Poolarea war leider alt, die Steine auf den Seiten gebrochen und hat ungepflegt ausgesehen. Am Strand haben die Schirme gefehlt so dass wir leider keinen Schatten haben konnten, dh sind wir oben bei der Poolarea gelegen und sind immer wieder von dort aus runter ins Meer gegangen. "We had an all inclusive stay in July 2023. Staff was friendly, food ok,,drinks good, nice and clean pools. Frequently changed linens and towels. Good experience at the beach restaurant as well. The thing that really pulls the overall experience downwards is the beds, that we slept in in our family room. They were uncomfortable to lay in because they were so hard, no topmadress, so we slept very poorly the whole week. The beds are the only reason why we won’t come back to this hotel. "

"First rate food and staff. Super clean. Beautiful surroundings. All staff are eager to please and respond well to any issues. Kept mini fridge well stocked daily and nice touches like wine and cakes left in room. If I were to be picky the beach and pool areas were too crowded meaning it was sometimes a struggle to find beds and umbrellas. On the whole though this is an excellent all-inclusive in a super luxurious hotel."

"Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive.
