"Nice place with friendly and accomodating staff. As we arrived early in the morning and needed to leave later in the afternoon we were offered early check in and late check out to a very reasonable price.

package was very good. There is a 24x7 restaurant which came in handy as we reached the hotel only by 11pm and the main restroom was closed so we could eat here. We stayed at the Superior room it was a class apart. They toilets had bidets. Only few drawbacks i found were that even though they say the rooms are air...

Access’ is for only a few hours a day. Expedia never informed us of this. Was one of the main reasons we booked.
- A majority of the water park was closed for best part of the week and the water freezing cold in most areas it was open. No advanced warning. 30 degrees temperature almost everyday.
- Expedia didn’t reply or contact us back on the numerous times we contacted them....
